Full Hollow Farm is a small certified organic vegetable farm located in Belding, MI.  We use earth-friendly, sustainable growing practices, encourage biodiversity, and focus on the health of the soil.  We offer CSA memberships and attend the Rockford Farmers Market.  Together, Jamie and Brad have worked on seven different vegetable and fruit farms.  During these years they continued to learn and love growing produce and providing food to the community.

Winter spinach is being planted in one of the hoop houses today. Next to it is the winter kale, probably the best looking kale we’ve ever grown! Basically there’s a bunch of winter going on here. #prepping #winteriscoming

Pretty excited to see this in the hoop house. In case you are not familiar the large green grub is a tomato hornworm. It can cause a lot of damage to a tomato crop if left unchecked. The white pill looking things peppering the hornworm are eggs laid by small parasitic wasps which feed on the worm, eventually killing it. Good eye @suzleberry

We’ve been starting even earlier in the morning to try and beat the heat. Even so the days fly by and before you know it the sun has almost set. I snapped this picture while doing chicken chores in the morning and forgot all about it till now.
We had a great time at our first member potluck of the season! Really liking this item that was added to our to do list by some kind person!
